ALL EXPERIENCED HORSE RIDER!! Really important question!!!?

This is my friend Alecia and she thinks she is really big on this horse. I don't think shes big at all and she wants professional opinions on what she looks like. THIS IS THIS HORSES FIRST TIME EVER JUMPING IN HIS LIFE!! I think he looks awesome for first time!! But be honest and please give us advice on equitation, tell us if she is to big for him, and tell us how you think of his first time ever jumping!! Thanks!!
