Having brain issues and some type of seizures?

Ok so I seen a neurologist almost a month ago and got a eeg done and a mri scan. I had a follow up appointment a week later but I wasn't able to make it in because of insurance issues but I have a sceduled another appointment in 2 weeks. I called and asked how did my results and they said they can't dicuss it with me on the phone. I have been having these myoclonic jerks that my docter thought may be some sort of seizure but they are getting constant and annoying. I just want some awners why can't my docter just tell me the results over the phone? I'm really getting fed up! And I was supposed to have a mri without dye because of my insurance but halfway through they injected me with die so I think they may have found something what do you think?
