What would happen if....?

What would happen if somebody made a skin graft filled with chlorophyll? Would it attach to the skin, or would the body reject it completely because of a foreign substance? Better yet, what would happen if somebody injected chlorophyll cells inside the bloodstream? Would they die? Would they just get very sick? Or would we have found a cure for being a midget (LOL, had to add in some humor)? I was questioning this today as I was staring out my window and looking at the tree that grows outside. Could anyone shed some light?
