How can i find my mother?

ok i was adopted by my uncle from my real dad's side(this happend wen i was 1 in a half) the reson was because they were adicted to drugs.ok then my adopted parent is my dad.he told me about my story and how i ended up here. i know my biological father beacause his my adopted dad's brother. i asked for permisson to look for her and i have approval(just incase).anyways i asked my biological dad about info from her but he only knows her name because they both went to jail and he got out and that wasthe last he herd about her. he has alreAdy cleaned up a bit because he ie married and is hard working but i have no clue what so ever.........please help me i am only 14 yr.old citizen.....p.s my adopted dad is a resident but hardly speaks spanish......i need your help......or atleast referance me to some1 who kan help .......
