I need help on choosing a birth control?

I've been looking at different types of birth control. and I really like depo provera so far. What i want to know, is where on the body it is injected, because I've heard the arm, and I've also heard the butt too. Idk where it's injected. and also, what kind of experience have you had with depo provera?
