Is my Glofish pregnant?

They're not injected. They're genetically modified. A much lighter shade of grey in my ethics book than dyed or injected/ tattooed fish. Anyway, be sure it's not bloated first but a thickening belly could indicate that one is gravid. That's the proper term since they don't give birth to live fry.
