Whats the chance of a Keloid if I pierce my ear?

Im 17 and a dude. if I pierce my ear lobe whats the chance a keloid or something gross like an infection will form? I think I might have a keloid on my back but i'm not sure, its been there for a while and I had to inject steroids into it before. I'm not african.
