Why do i keep having dreams about him?

you are subconscuiously thinking about him and the fact that he is trying to stop his herion addiction adds your instinct to try to help him, therefore transfering to your dreams, but don't think of it as a sign, because a dream last for 3 seconds and dreams are really just rapid eye movement helping the brain process information.
